These retro style portraits were taken locally, (for photographer info, they were taken with a Canon 5D MK2 with a 24-105 f4 lens and post processed in lightroom, then styled with Florabella actions). I had had a lovely relaxed walk through Newmillerdam with Emma, Darren, Jacob and the dogs, Kiki and Diesel, I must admit it was all chat with Emma and I on the way in, with Darren walking on ahead controlling their fabulous hounds. Such well behaved dogs and so beautiful. Jacob seemed oblivious to the camera and me and just enjoyed a lovely sunny day out with mummy and daddy.

I usually get to take my portraits in my studio, it's a fabulous place with lots of space for you to lounge in and for me to work freely. The great thing is, it's also a private session, not like having your portraits taken in a shopping centre or inside a department store. We offer real custom portraiture and our studio is boutique; you've heard of a "boutique" right? Generally we know a boutique as a dress shop where you purchase great clothes that are not mass produced, are limited in supply and you have a fabulous customer experience. Boutique Hotels have a similar idea where the service is premium, there aren't a massive amount of rooms and they are all individually designed with your comfort in mind and you can pick something really special to suit your taste. Our studio is a boutique studio, offering great customer service, lots of individually designed products from framed wall portraits through to custom designed albums. As a part of our customer experience we are now offering location portrait sessions too. Sessions are from £95 and can take place at a local beauty spot or your own home if you have grounds large enough. The session fee does not include any images. These are available framed from £75.
